Once you’ve verified your account and recharged your balance, you’re ready to start using Non VoIP virtual numbers on our platform. You can get numbers from US or UK telephone carriers to verify your online services.
To get started, select which country you want your number to be from. To do this, go to your dashboard and, on the uppermost menu, click on “Select Country”.
Then select “United States” or “United Kingdom”.

You’ll then see a dropdown menu that looks like this:
If you want to purchase an SMS verification number, you need to know the following:
- If you only want to use a virtual number for a single verification, you can purchase a short-term number. These numbers can also be re-used, but only 7 days after the original purchase.
- Unlike short-term numbers, long-term numbers can be used repeatedly to verify multiple online accounts on a same platform. You can purchase long-term numbers for specific periods of time: 7, 15, or 30 days. These numbers can also be extended if you wish to use them for longer periods.
For both options, you can view the messages you received by going to the “Purchases” tab, clicking on “Actions” and then on “View”.
Short-term numbers
Click on “Short-term numbers”, and you’ll be greeted with the following screen:
Here, you can check out all the services available for verification. The best way to find the specific service you need is to use the search bar. Write the name of the platform you’re looking for:
If you can’t find the service you’re looking for, then type “Service not listed”:
Once you find the option you’re looking for, click on “Purchase”, and you’ll see a window popping up like this:
Make sure that the service is the right one, and then click on the checkbox to agree to discount the given amount from your balance. Once you’ve done that, click on “Next”.
And there you have your number! Click on “Copy” and then go to your service and paste your number to continue with the verification process. Once you’ve done this, click on “Next”.
The next step is to wait for your SMS verification code. If you need to interrupt the operation, then click on “Cancel”. If you’re having any problems receiving the code, click on “Report”. In both cases, we will automatically give you a refund.
Once you receive your code, you should be able to verify your online account:
Long-term numbers
Long-term numbers work just like short-term numbers. In your dashboard, click on “Services”, and then “Long-term numbers”. You’ll see a list of available services. Use the search bar to find any specific service you have in mind and then, click on “Purchase”.
Choose your desired duration for your number, then click on the checkbox to agree to discount the given amount from your balance.
You will then be redirected to the “Purchases – Long-term numbers” tab. Once there, click on the three dots under “Action” and then on “Activate”. Now, you can start using your long-term number to verify your desired online service!
