Who are we?
We are a virtual telephone numbers provider that offers US and UK Non VoIP numbers to verify all kinds of platforms online. With our temporary numbers you can bypass SMS verifications in the cheapest and most secure way. In order to give you the best experience online, we are always trying to offer new numbers for your personal consumption, but since there is a high demand, it will not be that much possible. However, we will improve our performance in order to provide you an excellent service.
How do we work?
After signing up for an account and verifying it via email, you can purchase one of our numbers by adding balance to your account. After the purchase, you will get an SMS verification code through our platform that you will have to use in order to verify your desired service and the amount indicated when making the purchase will be deducted from your balance automatically. Once the verification process is complete, you can decide to buy a new number, re-use the number you bought or rent a new number.
Will you be safe using our services?
We take serious measures to keep the data of our customers private and secure. To sign up to our platform, you will just have to provide a valid email address and a secure password, so there is no need to indicate private information about yourself. If you wish to modify your email and your password, you can safely do it from your account.
Do we provide an API?

Services
Is using our services forbidden?
Every legal use of our services, as long as there is no violation of any law and/or our Terms & Conditions, is allowed. All of our customers must make sure that what they do with our numbers does not violate any of the above mentioned when using our numbers.
Can a platform know when you are using a Non VoIP number?
There are certain platforms that may reject our numbers since they could realize you are trying to create multiple accounts at a time, using a proxy service or other factors that may cause errors when trying to complete the registration process. How long do our short-term and long-term numbers last?
Our short-term numbers are meant to be used just one time, but you can re-use them several times within a period of 7 days after the purchase. You will be charged again for every new verification. However, there are times in which this option will not be feasible. In contrast, our long-term numbers can be used for the amount of time you select: 7, 15 or 30 days. After this period, the number will be completely discarded.
For how long can you verify a service?
After your purchase, you must verify your desired service within a period of 10 minutes. In case you do not get the SMS verification code and the time is over, your balance will not be deducted.
Can you verify two different platforms in more than one computer at the same time with the same account?
No, you can’t. If you wish to verify two or more different platforms, you must perform one verification after the other by waiting until the verification period is over.
How do you know when a service is out of stock?
If you try to purchase a certain number and its box has gray color, then it means it is out of stock. We are always trying to offer new numbers, but sometimes this goes beyond out capacities, so you will have to be patient and wait until new numbers are available.
What is the “Service not listed” option for?
In case there is a specific service you wish to verify but it is not in our catalog, then you can purchase a “Service not listed” number to verify it. We pay attention to every verification made with these numbers and try to incorporate the services to our catalog, which is why you must check first if your desired service is already offered by us, since “Service not listed” numbers will not work to verify services previously listed.
Can you make bulk verifications or automate your verification processes?
No, you can’t. We do not offer discounts if you wish to purchase a huge amount of numbers. If you want to make mass verifications using our numbers, then you must purchase one number after the other. Also, automating verification processes is not permitted since every purchase and verification has its own procedure.
What should you do if a number you purchased does not receive the SMS verification code or you wish to cancel the order?
If you purchased a number but this did not receive a verification text message, then click on the “Report” button and try to purchase another one. If you wish to cancel the purchase before you receive the SMS verification code, then click on the “Cancel” button. In none of these occasions your balance will be deducted.
What should you do if you have problems getting the SMS verification code?
In case you still don’t receive the verification text message after trying to purchase a number several times, then the service you are trying to verify may have realized you are using a Non VoIP number, a proxy or even trying to create many accounts, which could be a possible violation of its Terms of Use. In these cases, we cannot do anything about it to address these issues, but we strongly recommend you to try again some other time.
What should you do if the service you are trying to verify does not accept the verification code?
You must contact our support team with all the information regarded to your problem, such as your account email, the service you were trying to verify, the number and the verification code you obtained and as many screenshots of error messages as you can.
How can you check on all your verifications?
You can safely take a look at your verifications by logging into your account and clicking on the Purchases tab. After this, just select the type of service: Short-term numbers or Long-term numbers.
What should you do if you wish to re-use a number you purchased a long time ago?
Since our numbers are temporary and we cannot recover them, once the re-use period is over you cannot have access to old numbers, which is why you will be unable to verify them again. What we recommend you to do in case you wish to use an account verified with one of our numbers, is to constantly change the number for another one. This way, you can prevent issues that involve double or more verifications using temporary numbers.
Do we re-sell verifications?
No, we don’t. We are not re-sellers. Major Phones works directly with telephone carriers to provide you even more privacy.
Payments
What payment methods do we accept?

How can you check on all your transactions?
You can safely take a look at your transactions by logging into your account and clicking on the Transactions tab.
What should you do if your payment got through but your balance was not updated?
You must contact our support team with all the information regarded to your problem, such as your account email, the payment method you used, the amount of your payment and the order number or transaction hash. If you wish to use cryptocurrencies, please make sure to include transaction fees your wallet deducts in the total amount and/or that the amount you send is correct. What should you do if your verification was not successful but your balance was deducted?
